Edition Date:2001/08/10 With the presentation of this publication, the APICER gives continuity to a set of publications of real practical interest for the applicators, drafts people, producers and, for consequence, for the users of ceramic products of construction. The manual is structuralized in four large areas: the materials, the project, the execution and the pathology. This work was only possible with the cooperation of entities that make use of knowledge in this matter, knowledge that exists in the Technological Centre of Ceramics and the Glass and in our Universities, nominated in the Department of Civil Engineering of the College of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra, and in the Department of Civil Engineering of the College of Engineering of the University of Porto.
